You should use whole milk instead of semi skimmed and semi skimmed milk for skimmed milk. You should have less lunch than normal and stop taking sugar in tea or coffee. There should be use of smaller portions of food and avoid second helping at dinner. There should be no use of confectionery, crisps and sugary biscuits between meals and beer and alcohol.

You should never skip your breakfast or other meals to lose your foods. You might feel hungrier if you skip meals to reduce calories intake for that hour. You might be tempted to bad choices if you keep yourself hungry. The metabolism is also disturbed by the irregular eating habits and it can be hard to lose weight.
